Description
There is
a difference in the position of ultrasonic in comparison with the other
cleaning methods because of its several advantages that are not
ensured
by any other method, such as high quality of cleaning, there is no damage to
fine parts for example in electronics, there is a possibility
of
process automation, impurities from inaccessible places are removed, the
influence of subject is eliminated unlike the manual methods of
cleaning,
quick cleaning from seconds up to several minutes, etc.
The
Industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks UC 1M are high-quality products which have
been developed using cutting-edge technology and designed
for
precision cleaning and degreasing of various goods made of plenty of materials
(metal, plastics, glass, ceramics, etc.) All the ultrasonic cleaners
are made
of high grade stainless steel tank, housing and have built-in microprocessor
controlled power ultrasonic generator with operating frequency
of 25 or
40 kHz. The tanks can be equipped by various equipments.
Simple
cleaning lines under customers’ requests can be built by using of the
industrial tanks. The lines are various combinations of various
numbers
of US cleaning tanks and rinsing tanks and hot air dryers. The lines can be
equipped by following accessories: storage tanks for
working
liquids, filtration and pumping stations, various transport systems, baskets...
It is
possible to build the line by steps under customers’ needs.
